IAGC OHIO is a registered Ohio charitable organization based in Canton, Ohio. This notice explains how IAGC handles information submitted through this website.
Information we collect
Depending on the form you use, IAGC may receive your name, email address, phone number, organization or family name, volunteer interests, preferred sponsorship level, questions, partnership goals, messages and consent to be contacted. Our website hosting provider may also process standard technical information such as IP address, browser or device information, requested pages, and date and time of access for security and operational purposes.
How we use information
We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, coordinate volunteers, discuss sponsorship opportunities, administer events, resolve payment questions, protect the website and maintain required organizational records. IAGC does not sell personal information.
Who may access information
Submitted information may be accessed by IAGC Board members and relevant committee members who need it to respond or administer the applicable activity.
Service providers and external services
IAGC may use website hosting and email providers to operate the site and deliver form submissions. Ticket payments may be processed through Stripe or Zelle. The site also links to or uses services provided by Google Fonts, Facebook, YouTube and WhatsApp. Information handled by those providers is governed by their respective terms and privacy practices.
Retention and choices
IAGC retains submitted information for as long as necessary to respond, administer the applicable activity and maintain required records. You may ask IAGC to access, correct or delete information you submitted, subject to legal and recordkeeping requirements.
Children
This website is intended for general community information. A parent or guardian should submit information concerning a child.
Event photography
IAGC events may include photography or video recording. IAGC uses event notices, consent or photo releases, as appropriate, before using identifiable photographs of children or community members in IAGC communications.
Security and incident response
IAGC takes reasonable steps to limit access to submitted information and protect it from unauthorized use. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. IAGC will address qualifying security incidents as required by applicable law.
